Our Water Efficiency Installation Service provides a complete, end-to-end solution tailored to your home or business. For a flat fee of £249 (up to 1 hour), plus the cost of selected regulators from our store, our certified expert will visit your location at a convenient time to assess your taps, showers, and fittings, and professionally install premium water flow regulators chosen specifically for your needs. This service includes on-site inspection and flow measurement of key water outlets, professional installation of recommended regulators and aerators, verification of proper operation and flow rate accuracy, and expert advice on ongoing maintenance and additional savings opportunities. All regulators are selected to match your pressure conditions, fixture types, and water-saving goals, ensuring optimal comfort, efficiency, and long-term performance. Additional time beyond 1 hour or extra installations may incur a supplementary charge.

To ensure smooth scheduling and fair availability for all customers, please review our booking policy below: Booking Confirmation All service bookings are confirmed upon receiving your request and scheduling details. You will receive a confirmation email or message with your service date, time, and details. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made with less than 12 hours’ notice may be subject to availability and a rescheduling fee. Cancellations To cancel your booking, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 20%. Late or Missed Appointments If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. If you miss your appointment without notice, the full service fee may be charged. Emergency Exceptions We understand emergencies happen. In exceptional circumstances, fees may be waived at our discretion.
