You will receive a confirmation email or message with your service date, time, and details. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made with less than 12 hours’ notice may be subject to availability and a rescheduling fee. Cancellations To cancel your booking, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 20%. Late or Missed Appointments If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. If you miss your appointment without notice, the full service fee may be charged. Emergency Exceptions We understand emergencies happen. In exceptional circumstances, fees may be waived at our discretion.
