We offer professional consultations (up to 30 minutes) available online via Zoom or on-site in Worcestershire, UK, both for a flat fee of £50. During the session, our expert consultant will review your taps, showers, and fittings, explain the benefits of different regulator types, and recommend the most effective solutions to help you reduce water consumption, improve efficiency, and lower utility costs. You’ll receive tailored product recommendations and a full service quote based on your needs. Regulators and installation are not included in the consultation fee, but installation can be arranged separately at a time convenient for you. All recommended regulators can be ordered directly from our online store.
Cancellation Policy
Malvern Aqua Tech – Service Booking Policy We value your time and strive to provide the best possible service. To ensure smooth scheduling and fair availability for all customers, please review our booking policy below: Booking Confirmation All service bookings are confirmed upon receiving your request and scheduling details. You will receive a confirmation email or message with your service date, time, and details. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made with less than 12 hours’ notice may be subject to availability and a rescheduling fee. Cancellations To cancel your booking, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 20%. Late or Missed Appointments If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. If you miss your appointment without notice, the full service fee may be charged. Emergency Exceptions We understand emergencies happen. In exceptional circumstances, fees may be waived at our discretion.
